CSuite Solutions, LLC trading as RosettaFi · effective 25 August 2026

This explains what happens to your information when you use RosettaFi, software published by CSuite Solutions, LLC d/b/a RosettaFi. The short version is at the top because it is the part that matters.

Your financial data stays on your computer.Your database, your statements, your reports, your holdings — all local, always. We do not receive them, store them, or have any way to look at them.
To read a statement, its pages are sent to Anthropic's AI vision service, encrypted in transit.A server passes them through and keeps only the token count — never the content. What Anthropic does with them afterwards is set out below, plainly and without rounding up.
We never ask for your brokerage login. The software does not connect to your brokerage. We never ask for or take possession of your sign-in credentials.

What we actually collect

Your name and email address, so we can license the software to you and reach you about it. Your payment details go to Paddle, not to us — we see that a payment succeeded and which tier you bought, never your card number.

A count of statements read against your subscription limits. That is a number, not a copy of anything.

Any message you choose to send us for support, including a log file if you attach one. The software's log deliberately records counts, timings and error codes only — no dollar values, share counts, security names, account numbers, holder names or file names — so that a log you send us cannot contain your portfolio.

What happens when a statement is read

The pages of that statement are sent, encrypted, from your computer through a server hosted by Render to Anthropic PBC, which operates the AI vision service that reads them. Anthropic returns the figures to you. Those figures are checked against your statement's printed totals and saved on your computer.

The Render server does not store the pages. It counts tokens for usage and billing purposes and passes the request through.

Where this stands today

Anthropic processes those pages as our sub-processor. Its commercial terms forbid using your data to train its models — that protection is in force today. Separately, we have asked Anthropic for a zero-data retention (ZDR) agreement, under which the pages would not be stored at all after the answer is returned. That request is pending, and until it is granted Anthropic retains them for up to 30 days for safety and security purposes. We will update this page the day that changes. We would rather tell you exactly where we stand than round it up.

Who else touches your information

Paddle.com Market Limited — sells you the subscription, handles payment and sales tax as merchant of record, and holds your billing details.

Anthropic PBC — reads statement pages, as described above.

Render — hosts the server that passes those pages through. It stores no statement content; it counts tokens for usage and billing.

That is the entire list. We do not have access to your financial information, sell your subscription information, share your information for advertising, and there are no analytics companies watching what you do inside the software.

Sharing a statement with us, if you choose to

During the beta, and afterwards, the software has a button that lets you send us one specific statement to help us support a brokerage whose format is handled poorly. It is off unless you press it, it is per file, and you see exactly what would be sent before it goes.

If you send one, we use it only to improve how statements are read, we do not link it to your other data, and we do not retain it after the broker's statement format is added to our library.

How long we keep things

Your account and billing records for as long as you are a subscriber, and then for as long as tax and accounting law requires — generally seven years.

Support messages for two years.

A statement you deliberately shared with us — not retained once the broker's statement format, not the data, is added to our library.

Nothing else, because there is nothing else.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask for a copy. Write to admin@rosettafi.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have these rights under the General Data Protection Regulation and may complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in California, you have similar rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.

Deleting your account does not delete your database — that is on your computer, and only you can remove it.

Children

RosettaFi is for adults managing their own investments. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes, and how to reach us

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so here and email subscribers before it takes effect.
